What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We accept unworn items within 14 days of purchase.
My pet was playing and their bow tie broke. What is your replacement policy?
We are unable to replace items due to normal wear expected with animals. Accessories are not recommended to be worn during times of play. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will happily replace it within 7 days of purchase.
How soon will my order ship?
We will work quickly to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handmade and each accessory will be unique. Some imperfections can be expected as we are human, but we promise our best work and effort is put into each piece. We carefully select our fabrics to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Where do you get your designs
Our collections are carefully curated and designs are hand chosen. We strive to highlight a variety of prints from individual artists and quilt shops local to us. We believe in highlighting talent and giving credit where it is due in the age of Ai.
